The St. Regis Residences Payment Plan
At this construction stage, a transfer of a residence at The St. Regis Residences would be expected to proceed through an assignment from an existing purchaser, because the original inventory is sold out. The original contract and developer procedures govern that transfer.
A current account statement should confirm instalments already settled, the outstanding balance and the timing of future construction-linked payments. The assignment agreement must identify the amount payable to the seller, sums still due to the developer and any administrative or approval charges.
The review should also cover branded-residence management terms, expected service charges and the rights attached to resident amenities. Before transferring funds, confirm the exact residence, payment receipts, approval requirements and handover obligations with professional legal support.
