Valores Residences Payment Plan

The original Valores Residences payment framework was arranged around an initial payment milestone and settlement at handover. This two-stage structure linked the purchase commitment to the start of the transaction and the project’s completion.

The exact contractual obligations remain specific to each original agreement. Any later transfer or resale would be governed by separate terms, with amounts, dates, fees and assignment conditions set out in the applicable contract.
