Upper House Payment Plan
Upper House is sold out and remains under construction. The original payment structure followed staged instalments from the initial contract through construction to handover, but an assignment purchase will depend on the seller’s agreement and the payments already made.
Buyers should obtain the signed sale agreement, developer statement of account, construction-stage notices and details of the remaining instalments. The assignment price, seller’s agreed consideration, outstanding balance, transfer charge and other costs should be identified separately in the agreement.
Developer approval, any minimum-payment threshold and the transfer sequence must be confirmed before funds are committed. Where financing is considered, buyers should also check whether the assignment stage and expected completion position meet the lender’s requirements.
