The available Tria purchase arrangement begins at booking. Buyers should request the current terms for the selected studio or one-bedroom apartment and review the reservation requirements, payment due date and transfer conditions before committing.

The agreement should also identify the apartment, appliance specification, parking allocation, service charges and any requirements connected with completion or transfer.
