The Grove floor-plan section allows buyers to compare apartment layouts within the completed development. Plans should be reviewed for living and dining proportions, bedroom privacy, kitchen positioning, storage and the flow between the entrance and main rooms.

The original apartment specification includes an equipped kitchen and contemporary finishes, while the homes were delivered unfurnished. For an existing property, the approved plan should be compared with the physical apartment, measured dimensions and any changes made after completion. Buyers should also confirm which fitted elements remain part of the sale.
