Park Lane by Heilbronn Payment Plan

The original Park Lane by Heilbronn sales arrangement used a single initial payment rather than a multi-stage instalment schedule. Construction and handover instalments did not form part of that original plan.

The project is completed and sold out. Any resale should therefore focus on the agreed transfer price, ownership documentation, service-charge position and settlement requirements for the individual apartment.
