New Project by Yard Location

New Project by Yard is located on Dubai Islands, a coastal masterplan formed around beaches, waterfront neighbourhoods, hospitality, dining, retail and leisure. The island setting creates a strong visual relationship with water and open space while remaining part of Dubai’s wider road and urban network.

Green areas, promenades and waterfront activity contribute to the district’s lifestyle character. Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah are among the broader city destinations referenced in connection with Dubai Islands, helping place the community within Dubai’s larger metropolitan context.
