NB Collection Payment Plan

NB Collection originally used a three-stage payment framework consisting of an initial payment, construction-linked instalments and final settlement at handover. The schedule followed the villa development from its early sales stage through completion.

The collection is sold out and under construction, so the stated stages describe its original arrangement. Any later transfer or resale review should confirm the applicable balance, approvals and villa-specific settlement conditions separately.
