May was launched with a staged purchase structure covering commitment, construction progress and handover. The community is sold out and under construction, so that schedule represents the original sales cycle rather than a active purchase plan.
A resale buyer should examine the seller’s agreement, paid instalments, remaining contractual payments, assignment requirements and expected handover documentation. The resale contract should clearly explain how the transaction will be completed and which obligations pass to the new owner.
