Marquis Galleria is completed and sold out, and no original instalment schedule is used for this resale guide. A purchase will normally be structured around the negotiated sale price, transfer-date balance and the seller’s ownership or mortgage position.

Buyers should obtain the title deed, current service-charge statement and building clearance documents, then inspect the furnished apartment and prepare a detailed inventory of items included in the sale. Any mortgage settlement or bank valuation should be aligned with the agreed transfer timetable.
