Gemz is completed and sold out. Its original purchase structure included an initial payment stage, while the executed agreement for each apartment remains the reference for the historical instalment terms, dates and obligations.

Original purchasers should rely on their signed agreements and official statements for any continuing obligations. Any later ownership transfer should be assessed through the contractual and legal documents relevant to that specific transaction.
