The Esplora purchase structure includes stages linked to booking and handover. Buyers should request the latest schedule for the selected studio, one- or two-bedroom apartment and review the timing, documentation and contractual conditions attached to each stage.

Before reserving, the sale agreement should confirm the residence, final layout, finish specification, parking, service charges and handover requirements.
