The original Empire Livings payment framework included an initial payment, instalments during construction, settlement at handover and a post-handover stage. The structure spread the historical purchase schedule across the development’s construction and completion journey.

Empire Livings is sold out and under construction, so these stages describe the original sales arrangement. Any later transfer should confirm the outstanding balance, approvals and apartment-specific settlement obligations independently.
