Cubix Residences was introduced with several payment structures for apartments and duplexes. Some original schedules covered the initial commitment, construction and handover, while others continued through instalments for up to 24 months after handover.
The project is completed and sold out. These arrangements are historical, and any remaining obligation for a particular residence should be checked in its signed agreement and current account statement.
