Century’s original payment framework moved through booking, construction and handover stages, followed by post-handover payments scheduled across 24 months. This structure formed part of the project’s initial purchase terms.

Century is completed and sold out, so the original plan is historical rather than a current offer. A resale buyer should confirm the applicable transaction price, ownership documentation, service-charge position and whether any obligations remain attached to the specific residence.
