Project Overview
Marlin Reportage is a twin-tower residential development on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi. The project was conceived as a contemporary waterfront address, using two towers to create a strong architectural presence within the island’s evolving skyline. Its residential concept combines apartment living with views towards the city and surrounding water, depending on the position of the individual home.
The residences were planned with spacious living areas and a clean modern finish. Private balconies or terraces were included where shown on the relevant unit plan, extending selected apartments towards the outdoor setting. Bathrooms, en-suites and guest washrooms were specified with full tiling where applicable. Kitchens include cabinets and countertops, creating a practical base for daily use, while the apartments were offered unfurnished.
The amenity collection is focused on water, family life and outdoor comfort. A large swimming pool provides the main leisure setting, supported by a separate children’s pool. Shaded seating areas allow residents to spend time outdoors with greater comfort, while children’s play spaces add dedicated recreation for younger residents. These facilities complement the project’s waterfront positioning while keeping the shared amenity programme focused.
Al Reem Island is a mixed-use district located close to Abu Dhabi’s mainland, with residential towers, commercial buildings, parks and sports areas. The island’s proximity to the coast gives many developments a strong waterfront character. Saadiyat Island and Al Maryah Island are nearby reference points, helping place Marlin Reportage within the wider Abu Dhabi urban landscape.
The area combines residential life with social and commercial infrastructure, including banks, services and recreation. Modern architecture is a defining feature across much of Al Reem Island, and the district has developed as one of Abu Dhabi’s established freehold residential zones.
Marlin Reportage is sold out. Views, balconies and terraces depend on the apartment’s position and layout and should be confirmed through its original floor plan and property documents.
